In a world of accelerating information, a capital allocator's edge belongs to those who combine human judgment with superior intelligent systems.

In 2023, Jeffrey Chua founded Capital Park Pte Ltd in Singapore to manage proprietary capital generated through entrepreneurship and the successful exit of his previous businesses.

He is a former banker turned entrepreneur. In 2016, he rode the e-commerce wave to build Millennium Enterprise Pte Ltd, which developed a number of consumer brands, including NatureBond, a global baby-care brand. The company has received several industry accolades before being acquired in a significant multimillion-dollar transaction in 2022.

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Jeffrey held management roles in financial services and management consulting, with experience at UOB, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Public Service Division, Accenture and IBM. Drawing on his experience in financial markets, data management and entrepreneurship, he built Capital Park as an AI-driven technology platform to manage proprietary capital across global markets.

Jeffrey completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD and holds an MBA from Singapore Management University (SMU), where he was an MBA scholar. He earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He also serves as an affiliate faculty member at SMU and as a mentor at NUS.
