Financial Analyst (AI & Trading)

What you'll do

  • Analyse financial markets — crypto, equities, macro trends, and DeFi opportunities.
  • Support the design, testing, monitoring, and improvement of AI trading and investment bots.
  • Use Python, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and AI tools to automate research, reporting, and execution workflows.
  • Review bot performance, trading logs, AI decisions, and risk controls to find weaknesses and sharpen strategy discipline.

What we're looking for

  • Background in finance, economics, accounting, investment, trading, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with coding — preferably Python — and familiar with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
  • Strong interest in AI agents, trading bots, crypto markets, DeFi, and systematic investing.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, practical — and able to question AI outputs instead of blindly trusting them.
